All Periibleu apparel and footwear products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer
Change of mind
Color variations due to screen differences

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item please contact us at support@periibleu.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A photo clearly showing the issue

Important Return Conditions

Refunds cannot be accepted after 7 days of delivery
We do not accept returns on items that have been washed, worn or have tags removed
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimwear, Bodysuits, Intimates, Jewelry

All Periibleu Everyday products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item please contact us at support@periibleu.com within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A photo clearly showing the issue

All returns require prior authorization before any items are shipped back. We will contact our fulfillment partner for return instructions and respond to you within 2-3 business days with next steps.

Please do not ship any items back without receiving return authorization first — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products including workbooks and guides are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

We stand behind the quality of our digital products. If you are unsatisfied please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.

Periibleu™ LLC reserves the right to issue refunds at our discretion on a case by case basis.

PO Box Policy

Please note return policies apply from the date the tracking number is marked as delivered to a PO Box address even if the package has not yet been physically picked up by the recipient.
